Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 am–10 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (912) 691-2777. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, cicis.com.

Savannah is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Savannah is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Georgia's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

My son had never been to a CiCi’s pizza so we stopped in on a road trip. It was a solid average experience all around. It was crowded when we first arrived, so tables hadn’t been bussed and pizza wasn’t prepared. An employee offered to call us when my son’s fav was out of the oven and there were soon more options. The salad bar was basic but eventually there were a lot of pizza choices and the price was reasonable. A step up from regular fast food, but far from fine dining. The restaurant had an overall unclean feeling with a lot of customers and plates piled on some tables. Floors were sticky and there was a small game room that was pretty empty. Perhaps all of these things are a part of the CiCi’s charm?

The last 3 times we have been, there has only been about 3 pizzas on the buffet. The store seems more concerned with to go orders then stocking the buffet for customers who are actually at the establishment. Due to the lack of variety and amount of pizza, you usually have to wait at buffet for new one to come out or else it will be gone in 1 minute. I watched a guy walk up to the buffet 3 times within 20 mins and come back emptied handed each time because there was no pizza.

Virgina is such a sweet lady. Every time I order pizza to-go or dine in with my family we always have a great experience. The kids really enjoy the arcade room. I love eating the cinnamon rolls.

Came in from out of town with our basketball team. All together it was a large group. The manager was so sweet and accommodating. Seemed like we came at a very busy time. Staff did the best they could to keep up and did so well. If we ever come back to the area this restaurant will definitely be on our list!

Nothing was fresh. Literally no fresh pizza came out the entire time we were there. They barely had any. The noodles had been sitting there so long they were hard. The pizza had been sitting so long it was like eating a tile. The main reason I wanted to go was for the brownies. There was no dessert at any point. All I had was pizza and now I'm feeling sick. The place was pretty disgusting as well. Complete waste of money.
